Do a quick overview of either all of XP or some sub-topic and then ask the audience to write story cards. Then the presenter quickly puts an estimate as to how long he thinks it would take to address the story, and let the audience build the rest of the presentation by choosing which stories to address. -KenAuer
Connextra did this at a meeting I had with them and I found it to work really well. Needed a timer to help keep the speaker close to the estimate! How easy will it be to get a large group to speak/prioritise with one voice? -- KarlS
Nice idea, how many people were at the meeting(s) ? -- PaulS
