We did 3 sessions in one day (phew!).

Each session had 5 teams of 5. Most participants were business managers with varying degrees of technical background, but broadly ex-developers.

We changed the format slightly from OT2000? as follows:

 - No up-front slides. We just gave a handout with instructions and rules.

- We mixed 2 lego sets for each team (Uggh!) but as DrKB bought them this was fine. This meant the release procedure was simpler - just swap the robots. It keeps one side of the table as s/w and one as h/w.
- I changed the tracker sheet, and was forced to rename it "project manager tracking sheet".
- We stuck to emphasizing short iterations, simple design and continuous integration.
Feedback:

 - got some great video footage.
 - got some good XP vibes (probably coz lego is fun!).
 - got some leads to do more workshops.

I'll put more info up here over the next week, feel free to add feedback - tvm PaulS.
