I want to be able to edit pages of information using an HTML form where all the text appears in one big text box. I should be able to link pages together using a SimpleRule? like JoiningWordsTogether?.

Engineering Tasks

Make a Page class that you can store a String in, and get it back.
Make a PageFactory? that can return a Page given a name.
Save each new page in the file system with the name it's given
Load pages using the filename
Servlet to do allow a WebBrowser? to do all of the above.
Add regular expressions to figure out where the links
