What we are trying to encourage on this site. Relate your experience to more meta-discussions on OtherXPSites and then back it up with something more concrete on this site.

OK. I was reading through the XtcDeveloperStories? and it seemed as if something was missing. I couldn't work it out at first, but then I came to the conclusion that, for me, too many assumptions were being made. The idea of "cloning" someone else's Wiki was obscuring one of the main benefits of XP. XP finds solutions incrementally, and good user stories should be as general as possible.

To cut a long story short, I wrote a few user stories for myself, which I felt were more appropriate, and set about writing some software to fulfil them. I spent about two days (say 10 hours of actual engineering time) and got my first "release" working. It's somewhat dirrent from the original Wiki, but I have put my result so far up on the web for you all to have a look at. Source code is available, as are the user stories I used. Please have a look and comment here.
