Dennis have you been to XTC? It would be good to meet you as I had a look at Argo recently with a view to allowing easy diagrams for XP projects. JVision and TogetherJ? are obviously also worth a look, but the idea of intelligent and open source diagramming is very appealing. -- PaulS
