Introducing an XP based approach to development having been converted at the beeb by Karl Scotland (KarlS)
At the BBC we used an XP based approach to successfully deliver a number of Interactive TV Services including last year's Wimbledon (read about it at news.bbc.co.uk/sport/hi/english/tennis/newsid_1332000/1332567.stm)
