Richard, Chris and Paul chatted about how to introduce CppUnit? www.c2.com/cgi/wiki?CppUnit in a non-XP environment. Ans= write a test for each bug you find, and thus build up a test suite. Write tests for the code that you write. The team will soon get the idea.
