FUNCTIONAL TESTING

How best to encourage your customer to test the software? What tools are useful? What developer support is required? Remember: functional tests don't have to pass 100%. Is the pass metric useful to customers?

What happened? Sadly because of the double booking, we couldn't really talk functional testing. The gallery is long and thin and there were a lot of people there. Still we had some birthday cake for Tim/Steve/Sven and some people saw the lunar eclipse.

Some talk about whether functional testing could be provided as a BigBenTool? - a sort of enhanced junit. Hmmm ...
