This is the list of things we have promised to do:

Fix up the XpD? home page, promote our packages such as the ExtremeHour, ExtremeLego and TestFirstTraining
Start an egroups mailing list for european XP events
Start the wheels turning for an XP day
- Perhaps we can run a cut down version at UCL first?
  - SteveF has contacted JaneChandler? at BCS OOPS, early Autumn would be about right.
  - SteveF and ChrisCottee are doing a dry run of their TestFirstTraining at UCL, we'll see what develops from that.
