We're a developer-centric organisation that builds complex enterprise systems and works with some of the world's biggest companies. Our developers pioneer the use of the latest technologies and we're at the forefront of systems integration, e-business application development and J2EE. We work on projects that give our developers the chance to work with the newest technologies before everyone else and with other people who are as passionate about it as they are. And MartinFowler works for us. You might have heard of him.
We're currently looking for J2EE developers, Technical Architects (who still want to code), Project Managers who have worked on Agile projects, .NET Developers with a Java background, Business Analysts with experience of writing user stories and Programme Managers.
We're selective. It's hard to join us. Our recruitment process isn't as agile as our development methods. But we'll probably feed you pizza and buy you a beer while we discuss unit testing and your latest open source geekery with you. We're different, you see.
And finally. We don't use recruitment consultancies. We're tired of them misrepresenting us and don't think that they always do things properly. So if you're approched by a recruiter about us, it's likely that we won't actually see your CV. So if you'd like to talk to us, please call Suzi, our recruitment monkey, on 020 7090 7434 or email her at [email protected].
