However, the practical implementation is difficult; most people have problems drawing themselves away from the Lego. IMO, stopping halfway seems to work with a small number of attendees, or when there is a coffee break. The idea is sound, and we'll try to do this at XP2001.

OliBye noticed the teams at OT2001 that were doings short iterations, did manage to all go and take the tea break (which was forced on us). Other teams didn't take a tea break. TimM and I used to find AnHourBreakForLunch? at the ChesterField? allowed us to mull things over, and check we were going in the right direction.
