Display a go board, a cross-grid of 11 by 11 on which black and white stones can be placed on each cross. (You know go boards are usually 19 by 19, right? --Em) Can we have a select board size story (Aren't the standard boards 9, (11|13), 19) --Tom

In theory one may play on any square array with an odd side-length -- Keith

Allow two players to use this from different physical locations (say, two browsers). (Initially make it run on one machine with turns alternating white and black?)

Players can place/remove any stones on/from the board. Stones that are removed are counted and a total displayed for black and white.

Should this be a separate RemoveStoneStory? ? ...

More Stories:

When I capture a stone(s) I want the system to automatically remove the captured stones.
When I capture a stone(s) I want the system to keep count of the captured stones.
When a move makes an enclosure 'dead' I want the system to flag them as dead.
do you mean killing your own group, or killing your opponent's group?
                Both (two stories?)
I want to be able to turn the dead flagging rule on and off
This switch is very important, since one of the key skills in Go
is to recognise when groups are alive and dead: it could be very
useful whe learning to have the system prompt you, but the hints
should be tunred off mandatorily in games intended to determine rankings.
I want to play against someone else from a browser.
