- You have to remove the -O from the GCCFLAGS in the autogenerated squeak.marm makefile

OliBye is now back to Pablo's code base. His C++ is much better than mine and now I've done all the spiking, I know how to get it working.

- Smalltalk finally passes functional tests by calling ioShowDisplay function to talk to the screen.
- Now to implement it from the bones of the TestWindowServer?
