Phil has worked in software development for 6 years, mostly building web-based applications using Java. He's currently cutting code at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein where he also evangelises the use of XP and other best practice development techniques.

Hmm, don't remember Karl. Actually I was at beeb.com rather than bbc-i, but I'd be surprised if there was another Phil Wells hanging around the BBC at that time!
