Fresh CS graduate... Currently working for a start-up.

Attended first XtC (Xtc20020709), and it was extremely fun!

Was encouraged to:

continue with test-first unit tests
use automated builds
choose a good editor
pair program with the bossman
attend XtC again :)

Which bossman would that be I wonder?
