Mutatation of -- and ++ has been removed, because this caused too many for loops to be turned into infinite loops (or at least large, if not actually infinite).

AaronOldfield and DuncanPierce have helped with a better solution to the problem of JesTer changing code such that it doesn't terminate - I hope to have the fix included real soon.
