Envelope/Quill DoingThePlanningGame

At XtC on Tuesday 17th August 1999 we tried DoingThePlanningGame and came up with these XPDeveloperStories.


I tried the planning game for the first time this past week and I'm a little concerned by the fact that it doesn't look like we're delivering much in the first iteration. We have to go with 2-week iterations because the product's driver plan is monthly, and I feel like 4-week iterations are likely too big.

Still, we have a plan to deliver a thinly-featured but fully-working piece of infrastructure to our immediate clients. It only works for one case, but it'll work. That's satisfying, to be sure.
