I am a Software Engineer at IBM Laboratories in Hursley, working on components/extensions to the WebSphere? Application Server. A team of 10 including SaraMitchell and myself are looking to use XP for our next project, which none of us has used before in a commercial environment.

I am currently adapting CruiseControl to give us a continuous integration system using IBM internal source control systems and build tool...
