I've been kicking around the IT industry since about 1991, in various industries (electronic imaging, direct marketing *coughjunkmailcough*, finance, telecoms, the usual yada yada).

I discovered XP a couple of years ago, and I like it BecauseItWorks: demonstrably, repeatably and not least very pleasantly!

I joined ThoughtWorks back in April because they do things the way I've always wanted to do things but have never found enough people who cared enough.

I hang around on IRC occasionally - not nearly as much as I once did - using the handle TastaPod (lower case)
