I've been following XP and borrowing practices from it since about 97 but haven't yet had the chance to work on a full XP team.

At my last job I was starting to introduce test first programming and continuous intergration. While I was there for three years, first we needed to get some version control and and sandbox creation scripts. Guess it also took a while as this was my first attempt to "change my organisation."
