OliBye likes using VisualAge for Java and also works in XP teams. Using EnvyServer? at LombardRisk? was good, but there were some things wrong, e.g. DeletingTypesWithEnvy?, ProjectVersioningWithEnvy? and you can't work "offline" i.e. the EnvyServer? always has to be visible on your network.

VisualAgeEnterpriseEdition? also cost a fair bit.

Whilst making the VisualAgeRepositoryFileSystem OliBye made a SOAP remote access service for the repository, where a SMB Server was the client.

Now OliBye wants to make a GUI Client for GreeD

• Allow distributed offline teams to synchronise their repositories easily.
• Support offline development with VisualAge

• Done I want to be able to browse a GreeD repository on another machine in a GUI
• I want to be able to import/export code from another GreeD repository.
• I want to authorise people to import/export code into my repository.
